To make your own probiotic yogurt at home you will need our yogurt starter cultures and milk (pasteurized or boilled). Then just follow the instructions bellow.
- Boil the raw milk
- Keep it hot for 30 min.
- Cool it down to 42 – 45°C
- Add the yogurt starter culture and stir well.
- Wait for 8 – 10 hours without stirring at 42 – 45°C.
- Put it in the refrigerator until cooled down to 10°C without stirring
The quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the milk which is used. If the result is not satisfactory, try another milk.
2 years in a refrigerator within the range of 0 and 10°C.
1 year in a dry, cool place away from sunlight at the temperatures up to 20°C.
