I finally made the perfect yogurt with pasteurized organic milk. 4 sachets can be used for around 20 jars and a batch of 5 jars can be eaten for less then an hour! We love it!

I usually don’t write reviews but after 3 orders I felt the need to back up this precious product for the far corner of the Easter Europe – Bulgaria! Thank you Bulgaria! Thank you Lactobacillus Bulgaricus!

If you are new to yogurts use this type yogurt starter. With 4 sachets you will surely have the change to decide if this is your starter. I was a fan of greek yogurt but believe me BULGARIAN IS BETTER! I curious to find that astronauts use lactobacillus bulgaricus too

I am always suspicious when order online healthy products so I spend 20 minutes on the phone with the girl. She was lovely and answered any of my questions. I honestly though that I wouldn’t be able to make it Norway because of the cold climate and that is why I choose the small box. Guess what – IT WORKED! Just put the jars in the over at the lowest possible temperature. Afterwards I decided to make an experiment so I used the yogurt from one of the batches to create another one and it worked. As a Food and Healthy expert/ working as fitness instructor I was really surprised. This stuff is really alive bacteria.

The culture worked perfectly! The consistency of the yogurt depends on the fat percentage of the raw milk. I like it thicker.

I decided to try this starter and just finished my first batch with the Bulgarian starter. I used homogenized full fat milk from our local dairy. The yogurt is really white and with “homemade” taste.

The order and the delivery was OK – it took 5 days to arrive to my doorstep.

5 starts from me! I WILL reorder!

My family loves it. We are very happy with the taste. It has nothing to do with the store-based-products. The taste, the odor, the thickness – everything is better. I have 3 small kids and they are loving it as a desert – just put some fruits, sugar is not needed at all.
