Bulgarian yogurt starter cultures are 100% natural product and do not contain genetically modified ingredients.
- Boil the raw milk
- Keep it hot for 30 min.
- Cool it down to 42 – 45°C
- Add the starter culture and stir well.
- Wait for 8 – 10 hours without stirring at 42 – 45°C.
- Put it in the refrigerator until cooled down to 10°C without stirring
The quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the milk which is used. If the result is not satisfactory, try another milk.
